Where the Great
Migration Meets the Extraordinary

Immersive wildlife safaris across Tanzania and Kenya β€” from the Serengeti Great Migration to Masai Mara's Big Five. Every journey, personally crafted for you.

No Nasty Surprises

Know Before You Go

Everything first-time East Africa visitors ask about β€” answered clearly in one place. From visas and vaccines to what to pack and how much to tip. We handle most of this for you.

Getting Here β€” Flights

For Tanzania safaris, fly into Kilimanjaro (JRO) β€” closest to Arusha, your safari base β€” or Dar es Salaam (DAR). For Kenya, fly into Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta (NBO). Major carriers: KLM, Ethiopian, Kenya Airways, Turkish, Qatar. We advise on the best connections from your city.

Visas & Entry

Tanzania: eVisa online in 48hrs (USD $50) or on arrival. Kenya: Free Electronic Travel Authorisation at etakenya.go.ke β€” takes 72hrs. Visiting both? You'll need both β€” we provide step-by-step guidance and assist with applications at no extra cost.

Boarder Crossing

Border crossings during Tanzania safaris are straightforward with proper documents. Travellers between Tanzania, Kenya, or Uganda present passports, visas, and Yellow Fever proof, while guides assist to ensure quick, smooth processing.

Best Time to Visit

The best time to visit is during the dry season from June to October, when wildlife gathers around water sources, vegetation is thinner, and game viewing is exceptional, especially during the Great Migration across the Serengeti–Maasai Mara ecosystem.

Amazing Experience with See Endless We just returned from an incredible safari with See Endless, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! As two women traveling to Tanzania, we had some initial worries about the trip, but those concerns disappeared thanks to our amazing guide, Mr. Good Luck. He was warm, attentive, and endlessly patient with us throughout the entire journey, always looking out for our comfort and safety, and making sure we felt at ease every step of the way. His knowledge of the wildlife and the land was incredible, and he made every game drive feel special. A huge thank you also to Grace, our coordinator, for handpicking the most amazing lodges for our stay. Every single property she chose exceeded our expectations and added so much to the overall experience. From start to finish, this trip was unforgettable. We loved every second of our safari and felt completely taken care of the whole way through. If you’re considering a safari in Tanzania, do yourself a favor and book with See Endless, you won’t regret it. 100% recommend!

Grazie ! ChissΓ  che non si possa ripetere ancora

Jackson β€” sharp eyes, great company, and always in the right place We had Jackson as our guide and he was the reason the trip went as well as it did. The moment that stands out: he picked up on a lion hunt developing before any of the other guides had noticed, and had us positioned for it while everyone else was still working out what was happening. He did it without crowding the animals or blocking anyone, which we appreciated as much as the sighting itself. He did something similar with a river crossing β€” he’d been tracking a wildebeest herd and read where they were heading well enough that we were there early and well positioned, rather than arriving to a wall of vehicles. He was also organised in the small ways that matter. Breakfast and lunch boxes were always arranged properly the night before, so we were never held up leaving in the morning, and he kept adjusting the day’s plan as things unfolded rather than sticking rigidly to a route. Beyond the wildlife, he’s a genuinely interesting person to spend time with. He explained how the Ngorongoro crater was formed, talked us through lion hunting behaviour in real detail, and was happy to answer questions about Tanzania and Tanzanian life more generally. Very easy company, which matters more than people expect. If you get Jackson as your guide, you’re in good hands.

Amazing 7-day safari with Jackson We spent 7 days with Jackson travelling through the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire, and had a really good experience with him. Jackson is a very patient and calm guide, and we always felt safe with his driving, even during the long days on safari. We were also lucky to have some amazing wildlife experiences with him. Two of the highlights were watching a lion hunt and seeing a wildebeest crossing - definitely some of the most memorable moments of our whole trip. We also really appreciated learning about Tanzania from Jackson. He shared a lot about Tanzanian culture and local life, which made the trip feel like more than just seeing the animals. Overall, we had a lovely 7 days with Jackson and came away with some incredible memories. I would happily recommend him to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania, especially if you’re looking for a calm, patient and reliable guide. Thank you, Jackson, for being part of such a memorable trip!

Well organised and seamless. Always reachable and responsive. Tanzania trip review We decided to do a Tanzania trip (safari + Zanzibar) for 14 days during the August period to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. We started planning well in advance in December 2025. I approached about 6 safari providers among which 2 of them were at very high range and 4 were comparatively of similar cost. The main reason for me to choose See Endless was how responsive they were. Credit to Hatibu (representative / coordinator) who was extremely patient and approachable and responsive even during weekends and off hours. We went backward and forth with about 20 iterations of the quote with different options of accommodations, with and without flight reservation to Zanzibar and also Zanzibar accommodation. That shows the level of patience with Hatibu. I however did similar iterations with other providers as well some of them were responsive and others lacked the communication. We had the option to choose the best accommodation possible by comparing 3-4 hotels/camps for the 6 nights in Tanzania and zeroed in on 4 different lodges (2 of them had 2 nights). Overall the recommendations provided including our own research proved worthy and seamless. No issues or concerns encountered ever during the entire process. The deposit was paid in two instalments on my request and everything was confirmed in Jan. Feedback: The only small detail that could improve the booking process is that the kind of rooms per accommodation was not accurately provided, but a more general room type such as (2x standard room) for a family of 4 even though we got family rooms on most of our stay except one which had 2 rooms. As all other accommodation booking websites (like bookings, agoda or Expedia), it would help if the confirmation states what kind of room/suite per lodge/hotel is reserved. That would give the peace of mind to the guests considering this is a new country and experience especially travelling with 2 kids. That said, the accommodation booked was all as per request and of high standard and as expected. We are vegetarians and food was provided as requested. Absolutely no concerns with this. The agency can be trusted. I ended up booking my own flight from Arusha to Zanzibar (in precision air) going against the recommendation/proposal of Hatibu and regretted as my flight was the only one delayed that day and we felt we should have stuck with the option provided by Hatibu (though we needed some extra bags allowance and found slightly cheaper rates). Likewise we booked our own Zanzibar accommodation as well to enable flexibility and slight cost difference. However all transfers were arranged even though we had to take an earlier flight (due to Middle East situation ) and Hatibu accommodated all the transfers without any issues. All of their drivers were ahead of time.. I mean everyone and every time in the 14 days trip. Safari Game Drives / Guide The most important part of the trip is the game drive and we had an amazing guide Ezekiel. I can see everyone says that, but I’ll provide the highlights which makes him special: Very courteous and friendly; extremely patient and kind; super knowledgeable about the entire area and he doesn’t even look at maps to cover the entire place which includes the 14k sq km Serengeti park. I still don’t get how he drives with confidence without any directions. He’s well connected and knows most of the other drivers (even from other companies). They connect and share a lot which is key for animal spotting.. a couple of times, even when we were ready to give up and go, he waited for a few more minutes to sight animals and this proved extremely valuable especially seeing the great migration which we were lucky to. He’s a great and safe driver - this is very important as you get to spend 6 days in his vehicle. He can spot animals without a binocular. We couldn’t even spot with it sometimes. That shows his experience. He provided answers to all the wildlife questions we had. Always ready ahead of time. You are in safe hands if you get Ezekiel as your guide. He’s a star! Brief feedback on the lodges we stayed: (feedback not on See endless, but might help others choose) Arusha - Under the shade lodge - Was overall ok and comfortable beds. We got a family suite with private pool which was great. The jacuzzis in both the toilets broke and flooded. They catered well with chapathi (and veg for lunch) Manyara Best View lodge - Top notch except for the roads that lead to the lodge. Well organised and food was to the fine dining expectation. Great staff. Excellent pools and do spend time there if possible and include this in your itinerary. We stayed there 2 nights (one on day 2 and on day 5) Serengeti sound of silence safari camp - Top notch and no complaints at all. Great food and facilities (considering they are in the middle of the forest). Even the WiFi works! Just blindly choose this and you’ll not be disappointed. We stayed there for 2 nights (day 2 and day 4). Serengeti safari haven migration camp - Average. Food was average and also the water in the toilet was low. But since it was just one night, we were ok. Beds were good. If you get any other option, choose that. This feedback is only comparative to the other lodges which were exceptional. Overall, I’d highly recommend See Endless based on my personal experience with Hatibu (representative) and Ezekiel (guide for the game drives).

Best safari eveeeeeeer Weβ€˜ve been doing a Safari in Tarangire, serengeti and ngorongoro and it was the best experience of my life so far. We saw the big five as well as other animals. Everything was above our expectaciones. And also our guide Livingstone was amazing, he was very friendly and answered all our questions. Also he went above and beyond for us to be able to see the big five. I do really recommend this experiences as well as our guide if you ever think about coming to Tanzania.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? These are the ones we hear most. If yours isn’t here β€”Β just ask us directly.

Tanzania and Kenya are among Africa’s most visited destinations. Safari areas are extremely safe β€” national parks have no civil conflict. Standard urban travel precautions apply. We provide a full safety briefing with every booking and our guides are trained in emergency protocols. The main risks on safari are sunburn and over-excitement.

Most lodges welcome children aged 5 and above. Some luxury camps and balloon safaris have a minimum age of 7–12. We specialise in family safaris and know which properties are genuinely kid-friendly β€” with activity programmes, child menus and safe environments. Tell us your children’s ages and we’ll design accordingly.
We accept bank transfers (USD, EUR, GBP), credit/debit cards via secure payment gateway, and mobile money. A 30% deposit secures your booking with the balance due 60 days before departure. For bookings within 60 days of travel, full payment is required upfront. All prices are in USD. A formal invoice and booking confirmation is provided for every transaction.
Wildlife viewing is never guaranteed β€” this is real wilderness, not a zoo. However, the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Masai Mara consistently deliver Big Five sightings. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the world’s best locations to see all five in a single day. Our guides’ expertise and knowledge of animal movements dramatically maximises your chances.
For peak season (June–October) we recommend booking 6–12 months ahead β€” the best lodges and bush camps sell out quickly. For green season (November–March), 3–4 months is usually sufficient. Last-minute bookings are possible but accommodation choice will be limited. Just reach out and we’ll check availability for any dates.
Absolutely β€” that’s our entire model. No fixed group tours here. Every itinerary is built around your preferences: which parks, accommodation type (budget tented camps to ultra-luxury lodges), special occasions, dietary requirements and more. Your vehicle and guide are private β€” just your group.
Cancellations 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a small admin fee. 30–60 days: 50% refund. Under 30 days: non-refundable (this is exactly why travel insurance is essential). Date changes are usually accommodated subject to availability. We’ll always work with you to find the best solution if plans change.
A standard safari requires very little physical effort β€” most of your time is spent in a comfortable 4WD. If you’re adding a Kilimanjaro climb or walking safari, moderate fitness is required and we’ll advise. Safaris are also wheelchair-accessible with the right planning β€” just let us know your requirements and we’ll make appropriate arrangements.
